Does raising grievance against your manager helpful does any action is taken?
Nothing but relations with your manager and supervisor will get worsen. Even though you have strong evidence nothing changes until and unless you are female
Its like Complaining about your father with your mother... Or when your mother says -"Bata de beta kya hua tere papa ko nahi bataungi" .. In the end you know what happens... the dad will know and then you will be at the other end of the belt 😂😂😂😅
No clue what to do it's very stressful to face him everyday, he is non technical persom who doesn't know anything about coding but expects everything to be completed in 1 day he don't listen he thinks whatever he says is ultimatum and does micromanagement I raised my concern to my lead he said he also fed up and haven't worked in toxic project like this
