Does PWC hire outside Bangalore/Gurgaon/Kolkata?

Does PWC hire outside Bangalore/Gurgaon/Kolkata for Data domain?

Or give full WFH.

Cleared all interview rounds, now HR says they can only consider these 3 places or she will have to drop my candidature 😭

I told the TA initially on my location preference and then only continued, now have asked HR to check and come back but I don't think they'll come back.

Any PWC Data domain folks , please shed some light.
