Does popularity on LinkedIn matter especially for freshers?
Do posting consistently on LinkedIn to get likes, comments, and shares and more followers and connections help in getting more opportunities, especially for freshers?
I have observed a few freshers and many professionals nearly posting daily on LinkedIn. They post primarily their personal opinions and anything different they do in their professional life, such as certifications, their own articles, something new they tried, visits, and even (mainly women) adding their workplace photos with even irrelevant posts.
I have no problem with anything they do, but I want to know if it helps build one's career.
