Does owning a website and YT channel violate any TCS policies?

I want to know if a website and/or YouTube channel I own can violate any TCS policies or not. Given both have the potential for commercial use.

owning a website or youtube channel does not violate tcs policies as long as it does not interfere with your work or use company resources. just make sure it doesn't conflict with your job responsibilities.

Then I think I'm in safe zone, because my personal projects/ YT channel have no conflict with my work and I invest my time after work hours and on weekends in those activities.
