Does nobody hires freshers now?

I have observed that there is so much application for one job for freshers and also the skills required are very much higher than previous batches because all roadmaps I have watched in my 2-3 year was to get Good at DSA and have 2 projects and I have done all that and I have also done a software engineering internship at a start-up and contributed in their product which is actually used by people yet I’m not getting even OA links or interview I tried referrals also but still nothing working what should I be doing to get a job ?
