Does medibuddy paused settlement

I have raised claims on May 1 and May 3 and all the claims are still not settled by medibuddy ..

Is everyone facing same issue ?

Facing same here, one got processed on 7th not settled yet. The other one yet to be processed, it’s been 5 days.

Had a call and as per them the policy is getting refreshed for everyone for new fiscal year. Once that is completed the settlements will be back to normal until then a delay can be expected.
