Is it true that if your attendance in the office is less than 60% in March, your appraisal will be affected based on that?

Pay Review exercises are finalized by the engagement HRs by mid-Feb. Another month is taken up by central HR team as they consolidate everything, prepare the mailing list, and finalize hikes across BU.
Since hike recommendation is already sent to central team, I don't see how March attendance will affect your appraisal. Probably just your N+1 trying to scare you into going to the office

They said to report to the office 3 days per week, I don't know about this 60% attendance rule
