Trending @Accenture; Does Low chargebility leads to layoffs in Accenture?

One of my friends has very low Chargebility 40 to 50 % he is an ASE of 1 year experience, what are the consequences, on what and all this metric affects. Does it lead to lay off?

Not sure but isn't it based on hours we work in a project or not? Anyone from pmo can tell

Based on the no of hours you put for billable charge code.

Is that person’s utilisation also low? Generally for ASE level it’s kind of ignored

This is what I heard- If within same calendar year still on bench more than 3-4 weeks with low chargeable then lay off chance high

If 3-4 years in accenture and then still any calendar year charge drops below 60-50 then risk

If fresher and 1st year of accenture then chances low bcoz many freshers struggle in first year for project plus bootcamps and all takes time to make deployable resource, if lateral then case different.
