Does LearnFest really helping in t factor
Recently They started organizing #LearnFest to improve the Frescoplay T Factor 5X times. My manager put goal to cross 2 but i stuck at 1.99. After so many attempts of milestone challenge, i fedup and want to try learnFest. Anybody tried already? I score 40% in one challenge but didn’t see any change in T Factor.
To cross 1.99 you need to clear milestone challenge.
Nothing else will work.
If this 40% is related to milestone challenge, it wont clear.
Most importantly getting 2 tfactor wont make your manager to change his mind. They would have already decided on these bands.
Use your time for something else.
Kickoff , ryc , wings exam That will help you increase T factor
Also that 5X is not for tfactor, it is the no of fresco miles you will get when you clear any ongoing kickoff.
