Trending @Capgemini; Does Java have less CTC than SAP Pega Salesforce?

Why is the market more interested in paying a high salary to SAP Salesforce or Pega experts with only 3 YoE, but the Java Developers with the same YoE are getting less CTC?

For example SAP Salesforce are being offered from 5 LPA to 10-12 LPA where Java are receiving 5 LPA to 7-8 LPA only
