Does it worth doing MBA as fresher ??

I am recent CS graduate from a tier 3 college , I didn't get placed in any company 🙃 and I am willing to do MBA mostly considering specialization like IT, International Business , Business analytics , Healthcare management. I didn't get placed because every role that comes to our college is only of SDE roles I am not so good in coding. I have skills in SQL, Excel and like that .And I won't preapre for CAT thinking to go with GMAT so any suggestions about the career choice of mine.
