Does it get easier?

This is for all the senior engineers out there.. does it get easier once you have good skills and experience?

I mean for freshers or under 4 yoe it's still like a learning phase and there are so many new things..

But once you are in a 5+ year group, does it get easier? How do you keep the expectations up of the people you work with?

Do you make fuck ups often? How do people around you see that?
