Does it ever get easy in Big Four? Because I feel that my entire life is becoming just work...

How is anyone okay with it? My seniors are chilling at home while me and my colleagues are busting our ass working 10+ hours everyday for peanuts. We have been straight up told that it will impact our record and appraisal if we don't put in the hours. I mean it is my first job and I don't want to mess it up.

Is this the same everywhere else in Big4?
