Does it effect my bgv ?

I did not get any relieving letter or certificate from an internship which I did few months back , they had given me full time offer but I already have an offer from another company which I got during campus placements .so I did not joined that startup. Does it effect my bgv in new company joining as a fresher ? Or for freshers do they check internships and bgv like that ? Pls help.😶
