It actually monitors your vpn connection time. As per the rule you have to connect your vpn atleast once(even if it is for a minute also its fine)then only you ll be billable . So it will collect and monitor the data of you vpn login and logout time .
Incorrect , i only connect zscaler for intranet once a week to submit timesheet and my billable utilization is still 100%. Although the guidelines say to connect 4.5hr everyday for the system to stay in sync and have regular patch updates deployed.
It might work like that in your unit. But in my unit they actually monitor client vpn connection time , the thing is we shld connect to client vpn daily at least once if not I won’t be billable for that day .
Now I am surprised that even people from JL-6A are unaware of Infosys policy.

Everything can be potentially tracked and data is also getting collected. Currently data is not used but if need arises can be done
