Trending @Infosys; Does IJP really works in Infosys?

I am working as Security Consultant applied for few different positions in IJP which are relevant to Cyber and information security but no response. I would like to here from fellow colleagues. Does it really works? If so what should I posses or prepare to get selected.

Its fraud... Ijp are internal way of giving promotions,so ijp opened is already filled by someone they want to give promotion but are not able to,so u open ijp just for sake of doing it cleanly....
