I wanted to introduce myself and seek your advice on building a solid career path. I’m a fresher, and my core subject in 12th was biology. My dream was always to become a doctor, but unfortunately, I couldn’t secure a seat in medical school. After scoring 511 in NEET 2023, I decided to take a drop year to prepare again. This time, I scored 641 in NEET 2024. However, due to the recent scandals in India, the cutoff in my state was exceptionally high, around 650, which was heartbreaking for me.
Given these circumstances, I’ve decided to switch fields. Although IT was always a secondary option, I am now fully committed to it. I’ll be pursuing a Bachelor’s in Computer Application (BCA) from a tier 2 college. Since I come from a lower-middle-class background, I am determined to work hard, excel, and support my family as soon as possible.
I would greatly appreciate any advice or guidance you could provide to help me navigate this new path and ensure a successful career in IT. I’m ready to put in the work and do whatever it takes to stay ahead.
