Trending @Accenture; Does hike happen twice a year?
I just moved into a new project about a couple of months back so I am not sure if that is the case but in my previous project it was a yearly occurrence but so many posts about expectations of hike made me wonder if its a semiannual thing?

Most of group didn’t receive a hike in the December cycle, and in fact, we haven’t had hike in nearly two years. The 2023 hike was cancelled, and in 2024 we were informed that the cycle has been shifted to June 2025 so we’re expecting it then
