Does Google, Microsoft (Bangalore) offer remote work?

So, on LinkedIn, I see a lot of job opportunities at Google and Microsoft Bangalore. Some of it says onsite and a few are listed as remote.

Just wondering, do these companies still offer remote roles? or is this a trick to attract applicants?

Also, people who are already working here, have you guys ever requested for permanent WFH and it was approved?

Permanent? No. Not at Google, they may allow for 4 weeks I've heard

At Microsoft for non entry level employees(>5-6 yoe) it can be upto 50%
