Does getting a release from project affect QVA?

So guys listen, If I request for release this month will this affect my QVA(around 10k)?. I was never interested in this domain anyway, but need the QVA as my wallet is a bit tight as of now. Should I wait for end of month April or take it now?

Also I'm ready to work as a node.js backend dev right away and let me know of any openings... also I'm on progress with react framework. Reach out in DM if need any details further more... appreciate the effort and thanks.
