Does eye checkup and spectacles covered under Domiciliary claim

Eye check up is covered, not for glasses. Please get the prescription and consultation bill. I usually get sign and seal from doctor. But not sure that is required

Doctors fee and medicine if prescribed will be covered . Spectacles or any other lenses are not covered
