Does everyone who gets same band will get same hike%? Are the band and % really related?

No. Last year i got 10% and my friend got 12% for A band

Each band has a %hike associated with it.But these hike per band would be different across different units and grades.Higher the grade lower the hike as compared to other grades.Also in some cases same unit but different project would have different % based on the margin generated across the whole year..So overall this calculation cannot be explained by any senior management as no one clear on the calculation 🤪🤪

No. Hike is different but in same range for a given bank. Didn't really think about why it might be different.

Band and hike are indeed related.
