It’s gets auto approved. But manager can still see infosys apps and apprve. Going on-site does not mean he can’t access infosys systems

E-separation requests usually need manager approval. If your manager is unavailable, the process might get delayed. Auto-approval isn't guaranteed. Best to contact HR for clarity.
