I know I'm asking too much because I've recently joined infosys 😂 my score is 35.
On this 35 asking for promotions and onsite opportunities is a big lol

It matters when you ask for something or it has to be justified.. For e.g. Why was someone else promoted.. DQ score.. If you have an amazing DQ score the response will be something else then

DQ is a good to have, but it doesn't affect or decide the Promotion. Some managers make use of DQ in the system to make you feel less entitled to promotion, but it's just a reason to avoid approving promotion.
