They have to provide noc. Otherwise you can drag Deloitte to court

I wanted to apply too but don’t think they will give NOC same client reason as mostly client are from US and due to US federal laws, they take undertaking from Deloitte that if there is person who worked for military in the past for currently working need to be informed Approval process would be very very difficult it won’t be easy Do let me know in case you are planning to discuss with HR
