Does Deloitte revise the offer if we get higher amount?

I am getting an offer which is for 17 LPA fixed from Dassault systems and Deloitte offered me ,15 fixed and 1.5 lpa as variable so can I reach out to deloitte recruiter and ask them to revise the offer coz I really want to join Deloitte. How should I do it I am having work experience of 3.5 years and they offered me consultant role in java microservices.
