Does deloitte is a good company for long term for unskilled employee?

If unskilled, any company who is willing to take u long term is a good company

Someone at TCS shouldn’t be asking this question, because when TCS, considered the safest company (almost Govt Job), can do mass layoffs, then most other companies can.
