Does CTS retain a good Employee by matching the CTC of another company?
Can they offer like 70-90% increment on top of the current CTC?

They did retain now also. One of my known got retained by cts in July 24.

Wowwaw...with how much hike % ? Also, pls share if you know Friends current CTC and matched CTC

I asked him many times that how much they offered you ...but he is not telling ...he has a package of 2.8lpa and his has a offer of 7.5lpa. I don't know how much CTS offered.



@RosyTeen based on the current situation Cognizant is rn..99% it will be a NO. If you feel like you are a super critical resource and the project has high dependency on u, go ahead and convince your manager, if needed talk to HR as well. Good luck π

If some other company is giving you like 70-90% increment, why do you want your current company to match that? You should not be thinking that... Cts should that! And if they are not thinking about matching it; simply leave, where you are not even valued to think twice before accepting resignation!
