Trending @Cognizant; Does completing of tasks impact the Last Working day?
As I said my LwD is April 3, my manager left me with no task for almost a month. All of sudden he gave the task and blackmailing me that if you don’t complete the one it will impact the Last Working day, If HR is involved we can’t help and all. He is also mentioning cognizant policy pf RTO , it is not mandate for me but still he keeps saying visit office and all for no reason. How to deal with this?
When is your last working day ? Discuss with your HR if he is threatening you and blackmailing you ..depends on the way your manager is going to take it up, if your project is WFH, ask for the same
No, they won't do anything with LWD
But internal review they will give shit if you don't complete it's a problem if you plan to rejoin here later

I don’t understand what he is up to, he is saying what is last working day and all. We will take it as strong problem that this and all. They didn’t even give us a chance to improvise myself etc
