Does cognizant internally blacklist?

I've received an offer letter from Cognizant. But the salary is below half of the market standards. I need to find a better offer in the market but if I accept the cognizant offer and then counter switch in the next company, will cognizant internally blacklist me?

Please help me 🙏🏻

I don't think so, because one of my friends left cognizant and later again joined cognizant with a hike as well. So the company is not going to black list.
