Trending @Cognizant; Does Cognizant do Reimbursement for Food and Mobile without cut in Salary?

Hi I was seeing in MyPay like Food Reimbursement and Mobile Reimbursement, if we apply for claims does it cut in our salary or it's the amount that company sponsored.

It gets cut from salary and the remaining amount becomes taxable income. Your in-hand becomes slightly less but the amount is anyways paid back to you.

Companies don't sponsor anything on their own.
