Trending @Cognizant; Does cognizant consider mental health issue certificate for early release?

I have put my papers down and I have been doing rotational and night shift from last 3 years because of that I have insomnia and I’m totally burned out and I’m not able to do any work, doctor has suggested me to not at all work for atleast 4-6 weeks until I get better. What do I do?
