Does CGPA really matters for Off campus
So I have a current CGPA of 6.8 and I am trying very hard to go upto 7 or 7.5 that is the max I can go upto. It is not I don't study it just I have bad handwriting but I am asking is CGPA really important. I having internship experience and pretty good projects

I have been hiring for the past 5-6 years for our team, never judged anyone on their cgpa or college.
Most private college students have high cgpa but no knowledge.
Technical skills 40% Communication 30% Attitude 30%
Whatever is on your resume doesn't matter after getting the call.
