Does CCNA hold any value in Indian market? I'm in tier 3 college 2nd year and want to Target internship for network or cybersecurity role.

I don't think it has much of value especially now Cloud roles are present instead of pure network roles.
But it's worth learning the concepts. Basics are always 24" gold. Never ever loose them.
