Cancer is not an infection, that you can create a vaccine against. It is uncontrollable cell-growth that can be caused because of many different reasons, or even due to random genetic mutation during cell division. Different types of cancers in different parts of the body occur due to different causes - e.g. smoking or tobacco causing mouth or lung cancer.
So there are vaccines against some infections that can potentially lead to some types of cancer, e.g. vaccine to prevent HPV infection that can cause cervical cancer, but many causes of various kinds of cancers are not from any infection, so you can't create vaccines against them.
Even if there was one, the Pharma Mafia will not release it. Cancer is one of the money spinner diseases.
It's the perfect disease for Pharma companies. If a person is identified at stage 1, he/she is going to be a life long customer. They can milk him slowly till he dies.
If he is a stage 4 patient, they will give him the most expensive medicines while telling him/her that the medicine will not work and his/her death is certain.
