Does C5 get 100% QVA

C5 get their variable pay yearly.....I heard they get 100% is it true ?

Lmao. C5 gets 0% qva most of the time. But also depends on the unit. If the unit is generating a huge revenue then they get qva. Only till C2 you will get confirmed 100% qva. C3A and above is all luck
