Does BFSI accounts give more QVA compared to other unit accounts? BFSI is the most profitable unit of TCS anyway

I don’t know, to be honest. It’s been only a few months since I’ve joined as an EP and received the first QVA along with the April month’s salary. It was ~40% (approx). And yes, I’m into AI Cloud BFSI unit.

Yes, the other unit ppl like us still think that the BFDI would get better QVA than us. Atleast not the single digit % like us. Grade c3a and above. Please clear us.
