From what I’ve experienced there should be a face ( in this case a baba/astrologer) to whom you could ask advise, tell your problems, or put blame on ig
So apps can’t do this, even ai
So how does astrotalk make money? Who are their audiences? Not tier 1 and tier 2?

They have a lot in tier 1 and tier 2. Since the cost is low people try 1 time and that's their earning.
So they try to dupe you into spending more by talking slow and misleading
