Does apply to job which requires 3 years of work ex while I have only internship experience makes any sense.

Hi HR folks please let me know if applying to such roles which requires 2-3 years of work ex is worth it if I have only internship experience and work experience in different domain but i have degree in the relevant field. . For example: I have an MBA and 2 internship in digital marketing roles and now I have 1 Year experience as SAP consultant. I want to switch to Marketing roles. Can I do that, if yes than how?
