
Shaking the tree to throw old and junk

Unfortunately only old and junk will stay back. Those who have the skills will be forced to move out.

On the other hand I have seen poor performers moving out a lot more for better hikes. Skilled people are few in comparison and they fight till there is no hope or strength left before moving out. I can understand your experience with older guys but don't generalize.

I think the leadership team is not able to resolve or respond to band disagreement raised by (Till C3A) resources as of now. I have heard about almost 40 resignations as of now....maybe the leadership team is waiting for everything to be settled down, then they will start with C3B letter l guess

I would say just work for 4 hours. In TCS top management are just senseless and useless. I don't know if they have proper experience of running a corporate company

They aren't trained managers in most cases. Erstwhile techies or proficient boot lickers turned managers. It's natural they are trying to survive in unknown waters whatever way they can. They choose the path they know mostly.

May be they are busy creating new policy to not give hike.. these ppl are experts in creating policies over night and implement it immediately

I think one of the reason why they are not giving hikes is largely related to the sanction US government court puts on this cheat company for unethical practice , so in offer to recover the fine TCS is trying to recover it by not giving hikes to employees

Forgot about that fine 100 Million dollars

I heard that it will be distributed around the 17th of May... Not sure C3B will get it or not.
