Does anyone knows about delivery director role at TCS ,I have total 6 years of experience in TCS and I have offered this role from RMG

There is no such role.. it would be delivery partner most probably. That too they would offer only for 10+ years experienced people usually.. if this is coming to you beware, someone is desperate to find a scapegoat..

Role is not important but salary is. Ask them 1 cr ctc.
