Does anyone know the exact hike percentage for the respective bands ?

For our unit:
A- 7-8 B- 6-7 C- 4-5

For A+ Top performers it would be 11.5% or more

And for D band ??

500rs/month

A-7-7.5% B-6% C-3% D- minus

Any idea by when we will get the compensation letter?

Basically it depends on the unit buddy.

A = 6-8% B = 3-6% C = 2-3%

7-8% of what precisely.

It's depend on your unit performance.

Last time I had A band but got 6%hike only and that also in most of the variable pay forms 😞
