I tried the same...but my HR and manager both told there is no policy for buy out and you need to serve the complete notice period. I was under probation and notice period was just for 1 month still no early release was possible .

First of all your project manager/people lead should be aligned to leave you earlier. Reach out to your HR lead once he does. Then start official discussion with HR lead CCing your people lead, project manager, DU lead. You can find all these contacts under Workday contacts.
