Does anyone know about Core Integra Services Pvt Ltd - TCS approved company?

A friend of mine has worked there for over a year in the role of Operation Executive and now he has left the job. Due to a lot of stress and low pay scale and timings is not as per schedule. Mostly he worked about 12 - 19 hrs a month without leaves or week offs. Now he is yet to search for jobs with a graduation certificate without coding skills. Pls help me guide him towards the better job.
