Trending @Cognizant; Does anyone is aware of recent policy for promotion from A to SA?

My manager told as slots are full for 2025 but I can see opening for SA in IJM, but not sure if my home manager would approve for the same.

Your line manager can promote you in the same project. No need to wait for any cycle. If he can't promote thef he can enable you as promotion eligible in irise. You can get other project and as you join you will be promoted to sa level
