Does anyone Indirectly or directly know the QVA calculation formula

My unit HR said there are some calculations and a separate team for calculating QVA, the beauty is my HR said we don't know about it, let us figure it out.

There's no formula as such. The % is decided by corporate HRs which varies with unit/role/grade etc.

It's really myth to have calculation part of QVA. No one knows about the actual magic which is happening every quarter that is decreasing every quarter just like stock market crash.

Wow, on a serious note, we are donating money without having any control over amount and 😴 .. zero transparency..
