Considering all the silent layoffs happening and the CEOs decisions to reduce expenses, I think we can expect much lower than this, maybe a third of what you've quoted.

As what i have heard , for associates it will be 2 - 4% 3 - 5% 4 - 6% 5 - 7%

If this increase is given to associate then highly probability why they are holding 4 months increase money because they want to influence employees that even after worst situation in job market we are providing better hike.
