Does anyone have idea how to get role changed from system engineer to IT analyst?

I had joined TCS in 2022. At that time my experience was less than 4 yrs so they gave me role of system engineer. Now my yrs of experience increased more that 4 yrs so anyone has any idea on how to get my role changed from system engineer to IT analyst?
