Last year's yearly hike was delayed by Nov and we didn't even get arrears. What will happen this year? When are we going to get our yearly hike? Any HR person here who can help with the info? I need to know the exact month. Usually it's April to July. But as of now no updates. 😞😒

Expect delays. Hikes might come late, maybe November again. Don't hold your breath for arrears. If you want certainty, consider looking elsewhere.
