Hello, I have 3 years of experience in CG, and I have received one appraisal—one time as ‘Exceeding’ and recently as ‘Exceptional.’ However, I didn’t get ‘Succeeding.’ But even if you get ‘Succeeding,’ the hike is either very minor or sometimes not considered at all.
